By using the NIPHT website or registering for our training programmes, workshops, conferences or services, you agree to provide accurate information and comply with the applicable programme guidelines.
NIPHT reserves the right to modify programme schedules, content or arrangements when necessary.
All registrations and payments are subject to the applicable terms displayed on the respective programme page.
Cancellation and refund requests for NIPHT programmes, workshops, conferences and services will be governed by the terms specified on the respective programme or registration page.
Participants may cancel their training registration only within two days of registration. Cancellations will not be accepted after 2 days.
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method and may take 5-7 working days after initiation, subject to the payment gateway and banking process.
In case of cancellation by NIPHT, applicable refunds or alternative arrangements will be communicated to registered participants.
NIPHT respects your privacy and collects personal information such as your name, contact details and registration information only for providing services, processing registrations and payments, issuing certificates, communication and maintaining institutional records.
Payments are processed through authorised payment gateways such as Razorpay, and NIPHT does not intentionally collect or store sensitive payment credentials such as card PINs, CVV or UPI PINs.
Your information will be handled securely and shared only where necessary for providing services or complying with applicable requirements.
